Sandwich of the Gods

I happened to have a ripe tomato, slime-free lettuce, non-green bacon and unfuzzy bread on hand today so I made myself a BLT, and it was probably the best thing I've put in my mouth lately. So good, in fact, that I chose not only to blog about it, but to take a picture of it too.

You're making me hungry. Er, hungrier, I should say. A danish for breakfast just ain't cutting it.

It looks like you put bacon bits on that sandwich?

Is that Cibiata bread?

I need answers!!!

Miss S H, is the bread, by chance (or design [a sop to any ID advocates lurking about])panini?

The bread happens to be a French Hamburger Roll, which are available at the Publix bakery. They are very soft in the middle with a good, chewy crust.

That's actual bacon on there, I just make it nice and crispy and when I cut it in half it got all crumbly.

Also on my sandwich is iceberg lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and a slice of Colby cheese.

Ryan Adams will be ogled immediately! I am going to see in him concert Oct. 14!

That does look pretty good.

I remember when this girl used to bring me Steak and Cheese sandwiches from Rocky's (with black and green olives)...now that sandwich was impossible to beat.

But this one looks pretty good too
